925JB12 is a 9-1/4" deep TradeReady® floor joist blocking section pre-cut for 12" on-center joist spacing. It drops in between joists to stop rotation, and the large extruded hole in the web lets HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, and electrical runs pass straight through the blocking line.
