The HDSC 3-7/8" header bracket with a 3-1/2" flange is formed from 68mil (14ga) steel for 4" framing: 3-7/8" long, 3-9/16" tall, 2" legs. The bracket complements the HDS® framing system and keeps fastener heads off the finish face of the header.
