ClarkDietrich CD8-B Bolted Holdown - 7 ga

The CD8-B holdown secures shear walls to the structure foundation, carrying tension between floors or from a structural member down to concrete. Two-piece welded construction in 7 gauge steel, with a 7/8" x 1-1/8" anchor hole for the foundation bolt.
