ClarkDietrich FS22 Fast Strut Curtain Wall Connector - 4 x 1-1/2 in., 14 ga

FS22 is a " Fast Strut™ curtain wall connector in 68mil (14ga) steel, 4" x 1-1/2" in section. Struts attach to the underside of structural members and reach framing out past the perimeter of the steel, which is what makes them the answer when spandrel beams are set back from the slab edge.
